From 295 South - Take exit 15 and merge onto Route 1 North (right) into Yarmouth. At the Maine Coffee Roasters Turn right before the first traffic light.  305 Us Route in Yarmouth

From 295 North - Take exit 17 and merge onto Route 1 South into Yarmouth. At the fifth set of lights (near the Mobil), take a left onto Portland Street then and immediate right into the Gateway Building 305 US Route one.
